The aims of the course are to provide the knowledge and understanding to design, implement and verify effective HACCP systems
In turn to provide the knowledge to assist in leading HACCP teams and managing HACCP systems; and to provide the knowledge to assist in auditing HACCP systems.
The qualification has been designed for those working in all sectors of the food industry who establish, implement and manage HACCP systems.
Level 4 food hygiene is recommended before attendance.
Course book and a comprehensive delegate pack will be provided. There is pre-course work for this course, which must be completed prior to attending.
The course is held over 5 days. Candidates will need to complete a post-course assignment as well as completing 2 written examination papers.
Successful candidates will be awarded the Level 4 Certificate in HACCP.
Open courses are £755 plus VAT per person but inclusive of Exam Fees / Papers / Books. Payable before attendance. Prices will be quoted on an in-house course.
