Level 2 Award in Food
Safety for Catering &
Manufacturing

The Level 2 Award in Food Safety Course is designed to incorporate the fundamental food hygiene knowledge required by all food handlers within Catering or Manufacturing.

Level 2 Award in HACCP
for Catering &
Manufacturing

Level 2 Award in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) for Catering and Food Manufacturing. Ideal for chefs, supervisors, managers and production control personnel.

Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety

This intermediate level course is designed for anyone working at a supervisory level in food businesses. Including traditional supervisors and team leaders and anyone who needs a broad understanding of food hygiene as part of their work.

Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety

This high level practical qualification with external accreditation will meet industry’s need for sector specific qualifications.

Health & Safety

Level 1 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace

The qualification has been designed to meet the needs of those who are entering the workplace for the first time, either as part of a work experience programme or at the start of employment

Level 2 Award in Principles of Manual Handling

Principles and Practice combines both the theoretical and hands-on elements of the subject and teaches learners techniques to lift, carry, push and pull objects safely within their individual capabilities.

Level 2 Award in Principles of Risk Assessment

This programme will provide a good understanding and definitions of hazards and risks, and help understand how to mitigate harm, loss or injury from hazards and their risks

Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace

This qualification provides you with fundamental health and safety knowledge. The course includes with it the Health and Safety First Principles course book.

Level 3 Award in Supervising Health & Safety in the Workplace
