Problem

Although directors have long been in the business of contract catering the company is in its infancy and looking forward for growth in the sectors it operates in, the directors understand the company requires systems that are as robust as those of any other larger company to help it compete.

Solution

Having known the directors for many years through other businesses they approached us for help, and we agreed that having corporate systems in place from the start will help them not only in compliance but also in tendering processes. Together we embarked on creating systems that will ensure that food safety and health and safety are properly embedded from start of operations.

Training programmes have been put in place along with digitalised due diligence capture capability at all units providing peace of mind, as well as ensuring that the company is that little bit more environmentally friendly not requiring use of printed paper records and having the availability of real time remote monitoring through digital platforms.

The company continues to grow operating efficient and effective food safety and health and safety systems providing it peace of mind while also providing it a solid platform allowing it to participate in tendering for contracts small or large knowing full well that it has the capability to perform as well as its larger competitors.
